order processing times

how long will it take for my order to ship?

all items from earth & skye are made to order with up to a 12 week processing time unless marked as ready to ship. ready to ship orders will be sent out within 5-7 business days. (unless otherwise stated)

do orders usually take the full make time to complete?

sometimes yes... sometimes no. braided items and smaller item orders i like to send out quicker. but i try my best to get all orders out in a timely manner, although sometimes orders do take the full 12 weeks to complete.

do you give order updates?

i don't send out updates, but if you would like to know where you are in line, or have any questions regarding your order, please email me at earthandskyeclothing@gmail.com

do you offer rush orders?

yes i have a rush order fee! i offer 1 week ($50), 2 week ($40), and 1 month ($30) rush options. you must email me before to check in to see if a rush order is possible at your time of purchase.

rush fees are not necessary if your delivery date is 6 weeks or more from your original date of purchase, but you must leave me a message in the notes section at checkout with your delivery date.

i placed my order for a specific festival, when can i expect it to ship?

i ship festival orders no less than 10-14 days before your desired delivery date.

its recommended to purchase 2 day priority mail with deadline orders, let me know if you would like to upgrade

*if i am behind on shipment, i will reach out to you with an update and upgrade any shipping speeds if needed at no charge

what's the difference between ready to ship, made to order, and customs?

ready to ship (RTS)

these are items that are already made and ready to be sent off to their new homes! these items ship within 5-7 business days

made to order (MTO)

these are most of the items on my website. they are all customizable, but still considered as made to order. you can choose things like: your size, fabric patterns & placements, and make any adjustments to a design if desired (adjusting the braiding design, making a shirt shorter or longer, adding some length to shorts etc.) custom sizing is also available on made to order items.

customs

customs are a design outside of the current offerings on my website. if you have an idea in mind and would like me to help you bring it to life, please send me a custom request on eden couture

shipping times vary based on your location. there are ground and priority shipping options available at checkout.

can i overnight my order?

if you would like to overnight your order, please email me at earthandskyeclothing@gmail.com to pay for the upgraded shipping.

what if i want to buy ready to ship & made to order items?

if you wish to purchase a ready to ship item AND a made to order item its recommended to checkout with the ready to ship item separately, other wise it will ship with your made to order item(s)

i've received a tracking number, but it hasn't updated

USPS can take 24 hours to update once the package is picked up. i do ship in batches a few times a week, so sometimes it can take up to 5 days for your tracking number to update

do you offer package protection?

yes! route package protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout for a small fee based on your order total. you can choose to not insure your package, but i highly recommend it.

my package got lost, stolen, or damaged in transit :(

i am happy to assist in filing claims through USPS or route package protection. but earth & skye is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

returns, exchanges & repairs

am i able to cancel my order?

i do not offer order cancelations on any ready to ship purchases. you are able to cancel your made to order purchase within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund to your original form of payment. after that i am not able to offer an order cancelation. if you would like to start the cancelation process, please email me at earthandskyeclothing@gmail.com

only in extreme circumstances will i refund an order after the 14 days has passed. but there are no refund exceptions if your order has already been made & shipped.

what is your return policy?

i do not offer returns or exchanges on artist drop items, sale items, collab pieces, or custom orders. (if you use an ambassador discount code, i do not count that as a sale item)

i accept size swap exchanges up to 10 days after your receive your made to order item(s). email me with all exchange requests and please note that size swaps can take an additional 3-5 weeks to be remade as sometimes fabric needs to be ordered.

if you are unsatisfied with your made to order purchase you are able to exchange the item(s) for store credit only up to 10 days after you receive your item(s). store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card to your email only after i have inspected the item(s)

for all size swaps & exchanges the items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.

the customer is responsible for the postal fee of shipping the item back to me along with the cost to re-ship your new items.

please be respectful of this policy and read all size charts and item descriptions before making your purchase. and feel free to email me with any additional questions.

do you offer refunds?

no, i do not offer refunds on any ready to ship items or after 14 days of your original purchase date on made to order purchases.

do you offer repairs?

yes! all of my items come with a lifetime warranty. if a weave comes undone, a tear in the seam, a stitch pops, etc. please send me an email and I will happily fix it or replace it for you

for repairs i will send you a pre-paid shipping label and cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.

i love my items... but what if i'm not vibing with the patterns i picked

if you receive your order and you're not liking the patterns you chose i can offer a pattern swap remake for an additional cost. the additional cost will cover the price of new fabrics and any materials needed. *fabric swap cost is dependent on which item(s) you ordered
