returns, exchanges & shipping

all items from earth & skye are made to order with a 7-12 week processing time unless marked as ready to ship. ready to ship orders will be sent out within 3-4 business days

***i do not accept returns or exchanges on ready to ship pieces, 1 of 1's or custom orders***

if you would like to make a size swap i happily accept exchanges up to 10 days after you receive your items🌱just send me an email so we can start the return process. please note that size swaps can take an additional 2-4 weeks to be remade as sometimes fabric needs to be ordered. (for returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for the postal fee of sending the item back to me and the cost to re-ship back to you)

all of my items also come with a lifetime warranty. if a weave comes undone, a chain/charm falls off, a tear in the seam, etc please send me an email and I will happily fix it or replace it for you😊(for repairs the customer is asked to pay for the postal fee to ship the item to me, I will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you<3)

earth & skye is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. I am happy to assist in filing claims through USPS. If the claim is accepted and the insurance money is sent to me i will remake the item(s) for you and resend them out (the customer is responsible for the shipping cost)
